to the use and behoof of

deceased as in the leet with the court here holden on
tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 15Hen8 26.5.1523
more at large appears the foresaid

died long before the last court seised to the use aforesaid and likewise say that the foresaid

died since the last court of and in the premises sole seised in his demesne etc and they say further that

now the wife of

gentleman is the sister of the foresaid
Jn Wingfield
and next heir and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her her heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and she giveth fine etc and made fealty
