with the appurtenances as etc died since the last court of and in the foresaid four crofts of land with the appurtenances sole seised in his demesne as of fee etc and they say further that

gentleman is sister of the foresaid

deceased and next heir thereto and hath right to the premises who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her her heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and she giveth fine and her fealty is respited until
