Rich Cocke of Lytle Stambridge in the county of Essex yeoman of the age of 56yr or thereabouts sworn and examined saith upon his oath that Nich Cherche of Prytlewell in the said county husbandman is next cousin and heir of one Agnes Rogers deceased viz son of one Joan Cherche sister of the whole blood to one Margt Rogers mother of the said Jn Rogers father to the said Agnes and further he knoweth not
