Jn Mychell of Canewdon in the same county yeoman of the age of 35yr or thereabouts sworn and examined saith upon his own knowledge that he knew that one Margt Rogers was mother of the said Jn Rogers father to the said Agnes and that Joan Cherche was sister of the whole blood to the said Margt as the said Jn Rogers declared to this deponent upon his death bed and also further deposeth that the said Jn Rogers declared upon his said death bed that one Nich Cherche of Prytlewell husbandman was son and heir of the said Joan and further he knoweth not
