Geo Ketle of Colne of the age of 50yr or thereabouts sworn and examined saith and deposeth that he knew well Isabel Lingwood the younger daughter of Simon Lingwood item he saith that he knew well Simon Lingwood father to the said Isabel and doth remember well the death of the said Simon but how long it is agone he remembereth not and further he saith that Isabel daughter of the said Simon was not above the age of four years at the death of the said Simon her father item he saith that the said Isabel at the time when she sold her copyhold land was of the age of twenty years and not twenty one years of age
