Hyllies Messuage Xfine 5s it is found by the homage that Jn Clerk out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Rich Innowes one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Robt Greene and Nich Parker likewise the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one messuage and 10a of customary land with the appurtenances sometime Robt Hillies lying in Colne aforesaid as etc to the use and behoof of Rich Orbell and Margt his wife and the heirs of the said Rich which Rich being present in the court came and craved himself and Margt his wife to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the said Rich of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine and made fealty
