died since the last court of such estate seised and they say that the foresaid

and craved to be admitted to the foresaid cottage with the appurtenances according to the tenor form and effect of the remainder aforesaid and because it is so found by the homage therefore they are admitted the lord's tenants thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine etc and made fealty
