18a parcel of Bettingsland Xfine     it is found by the homage that Jn Game out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Rich Ennowes one of the lord's tenants in the presence of Hen Pullen likewise the lord's tenant and other the same witnessing one piece of land containing by estimation 18a of land or more etc parcel of one piece of land called Bettingsland to the use and behoof of Margt his wife and her assigns during the whole term of her life to remain after her decease to Jas Game and Nich Game sons of the foresaid Jn and their heirs which Margt being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns during the term of her life of the lord by the rod etc to remain after her decease to the foresaid Jas and Nich Game and their heirs and the foresaid Margt giveth to the lord for fine etc and made fealty
