to the use and behoof of

his wife and her assigns during the whole term of her life to remain after her decease to

sons of the foresaid

and their heirs which

being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore she is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to her and her assigns during the term of her life of the lord by the rod etc to remain after her decease to the foresaid
