his wife before deceased to them and the heirs of the said

of the lord as of this manor by the rod etc one cellar called
the Taverne
with one sollar builded thereupon and one shop as they are situate in Colne aforesaid between the maypole and the churchgate died since the last court of and in the premises sole seised in his demesne as of fee according to the custom of the manor and they say further that

is the son and next heir of the foresaid

and hath right to the foresaid cellar and all other the premises with the appurtenances who being present in the court came and craved to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him and his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord etc and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
