release of a tenement# sometime Reyner's Xfine 4d to this court came Jn Sparrowe the elder and Barth Sparrowe sons of Clem Sparrowe and Ann Deane widow late the wife of Jn Deane deceased daughter of the foresaid Clem Sparrowe and surrendered remitted released and every of them surrendered remitted and released and forever for them and their heirs quitclaimed and every of them quitclaimed to Robt Sparrowe another son of the said Clem and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession being all their right estate title claim interest and demand whichever they had have or by any means hereafter might have or every of them might have of and in one customary tenement with the appurtenances situate in Colne aforesaid sometime in the tenure of Jn Reyner and Agnes his wife viz so that neither they the foresaid Jn Barth nor Ann nor their heirs nor any other for them or in their names may or ought hereafter to claim or challenge any right title estate claim interest or demand of and in the foresaid tenement with the appurtenances but are clean abarred from all action of right forever by these presents and the foresaid Robt giveth fine for enrolling this release as appears etc
