and surrendered remitted released and every of them surrendered remitted and released and forever for them and their heirs quitclaimed and every of them quitclaimed to

another son of the said

and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession being all their right estate title claim interest and demand whichever they had have or by any means hereafter might have or every of them might have of and in one customary tenement with the appurtenances situate in Colne aforesaid sometime in the tenure of

and
Agnes
his wife viz so that neither they the foresaid

nor
Ann
nor their heirs nor any other for them or in their names may or ought hereafter to claim or challenge any right title estate claim interest or demand of and in the foresaid tenement with the appurtenances but are clean abarred from all action of right forever by these presents and the foresaid
