fine 6s8d it is found by the homage that Joan Spycer widow late the wife of Thos Spycer deceased out of the court and since the last court by the hands of Barth Churche in stead of the lord's bailiff in the presence of Thos Rolte Jn Farthinge and Jn Pennocke the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing surrendered remitted released and forever of and for her and her heirs quitclaimed to Roger Spycer and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession being all the right estate title claim interest and demand whichever she held hath or by any means hereafter might have or her heirs might have of and in divers lands and tenements customary with the appurtenances called Chewniesland l ying in Colne aforesaid containing by estimation 14a of land or more etc viz so that neither she the said Joan nor her heirs nor any other for them or in their names may or ought hereafter claim or challenge any right title claim or demand of or in the foresaid lands and tenements or in any part or parcel of the same but are clean barred from all action of right forever by these presents and he giveth fine for enrolling this release as appears etc
