Stoneleighe and Borrowes etc Xfine 20d it is found by the homage that Geo Bieston out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Barth Churche vicebailiff in the presence of Robt Greene and Jn Mallary the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing two crofts of land whereof one is called Stoneley late Jn Wingfield and the other called Borrowes late Jn Attewood as etc to the intent that the lord being thereof seised might regrant the said two crofts of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid Geo and Ann his wife and their heirs between them lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to (in the margin there is another marker of a pointing hand) the right heirs of the said Geo and their heirs and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the foresaid two crofts of land so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the foresaid two crofts of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid Geo and Ann his wife to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies between them lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the said Geo and their heirs to which Geo and Ann by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies between them lawfully begotten of the lord by the rod etc and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the said Geo and their heirs and the give the lord for fine as appears etc and made fealty
