out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of

vicebailiff in the presence of

the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing two crofts of land whereof one is called
Stoneley
late
Jn Wingfield
and the other called
Borrowes
late
Jn Attewood
as etc to the intent that the lord being thereof seised might regrant the said two crofts of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid

his wife and their heirs between them lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to
the right heirs of the said

and their heirs and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the foresaid two crofts of land so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the foresaid two crofts of land with the appurtenances to the foresaid

his wife to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies between them lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the said
