it is found by the homage that
Geo Bieston
out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of
Barth Churche
vicebailiff and
Jn Mallary
the lord's tenant and other the same witnessing one parcel of land called
Dovehousefield
with the appurtenances etc to the intent that the lord being thereof so seised might regrant the said parcel of land and other the premises to the foresaid
Geo
and
Ann
his wife and the heirs of their bodies between them lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the foresaid
Geo
and his heirs and the lord by virt ue of the surrender aforesaid in the premises so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the foresaid parcel of land called
Dovehousefield
with the appurtenances to the foresaid
Geo
and
Ann
his wife and the heirs of their bodies between them lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the foresaid
Geo
and his heirs to which
Geo

Ann
by the lord' steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs between them lawfully begotten of the lord by the rod etc and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the said
Geo
and his heirs and they give fine and made fealty
