Hayes Tenement | fine 16d to this court came Jn Leffingwell the younger and surrendered into the lord's hands one customary tenement with the appurtenances late Jn Hayes in Colne aforesaid to the intent that the lord thereof so seised might regrant the said tenement with the appurtenances to the foresaid Jn Leffingwell and Alice his wife and the heirs of the same Jn and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the foresaid tenement with the appurtenances so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the said tenement with the appurtenances to the foresaid Jn Leffingwell and Alice his wife and the heirs of the same Jn to hold to them and the heirs of the same Jn of the lord by the rod etc to which Jn and Alice by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and the heirs of the same Jn of the lord by the rod and they give fine etc and made fealty |
