and in the full court remitted released and forever for him and his heirs quitclaimed to
Wm Fisher
and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession being all the right estate title claim interest and demand whichever he had hath or by any means hereafter might have of and in one croft of land called
Litle Borrowes
with the appurtenances lying in Colne aforesaid and in 3r of meadow lying in the meadow called
Nookes and Borrowes
and one pasture called
Borrowes
containing 4a of land lying near the said 3r of meadow with the appurtenances viz so that neither he the foresaid

nor his heirs nor any other for them or in their names may or ought hereafter claim or challenge any right title estate claim interest or demand of and in the foresaid croft of land and other the premises with the appurtenances but are forever clean abarred from all action of right by these presents and the foresaid

giveth fine for enrolling this release as appears
