to this court came Wm Fisher and craved licence of the lord to let to farm to one Wm Estey one croft of land called Litle Burrowes with the appurtenances lying in Colne aforesaid and 3r of meadow lying in the meadow called Nookes and Burrowes and one pasture called Burrowes containing 4a lying near the 3r of meadow with the appurtenances for term of twelve years the said term beginning at the feast of michaelmas.1556 renting therefore yearly to the said Wm Fisher and his heirs 53s4d by year together with divers covenants agreed between them as by the indenture appears
