it is found by the homage that Robt Greene which held jointly together with Ann his wife yet living to them and the heirs of the said Robt one messuage rentary and garden adjoining in Colne Street late Wm Boome's alias Brome's and late Jn Bieston's as etc and 3a of land enclosed lying near Hinesland with the appurtenances or more etc died since and the foresaid Ann now the wife of Rich Ennowes outlived him and yet liveth and holdeth herself in the foresaid messuage and other the premises and the foresaid Rich in the right of the said Ann his wife in the full court made fealty to the lord and further the homage say that the foresaid Robt Greene before his death surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Peerson one of the lord's tenants in the presence of the foresaid Rich Ennowes likewise the lord's tenant and other the same witnessing the said messuage rentary and garden and the said 3a of land enclosed lying near Hinesland with the appurtenances or more etc after the death of the foresaid Ann to the use and behoof of Rich Greene his son and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to remain to the right heirs of the foresaid Ann and their heirs
