item they present that Jn Samond stole a sheep of Jn Cutler's of which sheep remaineth in the bailiff's hands and a quarter of the flesh was delivered to the same Jn Cutler by Jn Culverton constable and the said Jn Samond for other felonies was hanged and that he hath no goods nor chattels within this lordship
