to this court came Joan Allen widow late the wife of Edm Allen deceased and in the full court remised surrendered release and forever for her and her heirs quitclaimed to Geo Bieston and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession being all the right estate title claim interest and demand whichever she had hath or by any means hereafter may have of and in 1r of land parcel of Barcrofte as it lieth in Cole aforesaid viz between the land of the said Geo Bieston on the east and 1a of land late parcel of Barcrofte now enclosed toward the west one head thereof abutting upon the way from Colne to Colne Parke toward the south the other head thereof abutting upon the garden of the said Geo called Princes toward the north and also of and in one croft of land called Parkefield containing 4a2r or more etc lying near the lord's park as by the metes and bounds etc which she claimeth to have in the name of her dowry by and after the death of the said Edm Allen her husband deceased to wit so that neither she the foresaid Joan nor her heirs nor any other for them or in their names may or ought hereafter to claim exact or challenge any right estate title claim or demand of and in the foresaid rood of land and other the premises with the appurtenances or in any part or parcel thereof but are by these presents clean abarred from all action of right forever and he giveth fine for enrolling this release as appears
