as by the metes and bounds etc to remain after her decease to

tuesday in the week of pentecost in the 7Edw6 etc 23.5.1553
more at large appeareth the foresaid

died since the last court of such estate seised and hereupon to this court came the foresaid

his attorney and craved to be admitted to the foresaid messuage with the appurtenances according to the tenor force form and effect of the remainder aforesaid and he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the steward there is seised thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and because the foresaid

is under age viz of the age of 7yr and more therefore the custody as well of the body of the foresaid

as of the tenement aforesaid is committed unto the said

come to his age of fourteen years and the foresaid

giveth fine as well for such custody thereof to be had as for the foresaid
