to this court came Joan Estaie widow late the wife of Jn Estaie deceased and in the full court for a certain sum of money to her before had paid by Wm Fisher remised released and forever for her and her heirs quitclaimed to the foresaid Wm Fisher and heirs heirs in their full peaceable possession being all right estate title claim interest and demand whichever she had hath or by any means hereafter might have in the name of her dowry by and after the death of the foresaid Jn Estaie late her husband deceased of and in divers parcels of land and meadow called Greateborrowes Litleborrowes and Nooksmeddowe lying and being together in Colne aforesaid late the foresaid Jn Estaie's deceased as etc viz so that neither she the foresaid Joan nor any other for her or in her name may or ought hereafter claim challenge or demand any right title or interest of and in the foresaid land and meadows with the appurtenances or in any parcel thereof but are clean abarred from action of right forever by these presents and he giveth fine
