earl of Oxenford vicount Bulbecke and lord of Badlismere signed and sealed by the said earl the tenor whereof following in these words be it known to all men to whom this present writing shall come that I

earl of Oxenford great chamberlain of England vicount Bulbecke lord of Badlismere and lord of the manors of Earls Colne and Colne Priory in the county of Essex for the sum of 20s to me paid in the name of a fine by

of Earls Colne aforesaid husbandman and his assigns for term of twenty one years next following after the feast of st michael the archangel next coming after the date of these presents all and all manner of such their lands tenements and other hereditaments as they the said
