alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered into the lord's hands 10a of customary land with the appurtenances parcel of
Lowfield
as it is divided by one ditch and hedge from 6a of land parcel of the said land called
Lowfield
which 6a of land lie on the south part of the 10a as etc to the intent that the lord being thereof seised might regrant the said 10a of land and other the premises with the appurtenances to the foresaid

his wife and their heirs and assigns and the lord by virtue of the surrender aforesaid in the premises being so seised at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the foresaid 10a of land to the foresaid

his wife their heirs and assigns to which said

his wife by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to them and their heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and they give fine etc and made fealty
