fine 12d | it is found and certified as well by Jn Churche the steward as by the homage that on sunday in the feast of the holy trinity 21.5.1Eliz1 there came before the foresaid Jn Churche the steward of the honourable Jn Earl of Oxford etc Wm Hale and Eliz his wife late the wife of Jn Clerke deceased and the same Eliz alone and secretly examined surrendered remitted released and for her for them and their heirs quitclaimed to Rich Orbell and Margt his wife and the heirs of the said Rich all the right that ever they had have or by any means hereafter might have of and in one messuage and 10a of land customary with appurtenances sometime Robt Hillies lying in Earls Colne aforesaid as etc which the foresaid Wm and Eliz in the right of her dower by and after the death of the foresaid Jn Clerke her husband deceased or by what other means soever they claim viz that neither they the aforesaid Wm nor Eliz nor their heirs nor any other for them or in their names may or shall hereafter exact claim or challenge any right title estate claim interest or demand of and in the foresaid messuage and 10a of land nor in any parcel thereof but are clear abarred from all action of right forever by these presents |
