double fine 9s it is found by the homage that Hen Pullen out of court and since the last court lying upon his death bed surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Peerson instead of the bailiff in the presence of Rich Ennowes and Jn Ward the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one tenement called Jakes and one croft of land customary with appurtenances late parcel of Lowfield late Jn Peniles to the use and behoof of Thos Pullen his heirs and assigns and it is likewise found by the homage that the foresaid Thos since the last court and before this court died and before his death surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Peerson instead of the bailiff in the presence of Geo Bieston Jn Ward Adam Polleighe and Rich Ennowes the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing the foresaid tenement and croft of land to the use and behoof of Thos Pullen his son now of the age of 1yr6mth and his heirs and assigns provided always that if it shall happen the said Thos to die before he come to the age of fifteen years that then the foresaid tenement and croft of land shall remain to Dyonise late the wife of the foresaid Thos Pullen the father and her assigns during the whole term of her life to remain after the decease of the foresaid Dyonise to Hen Pullen brother of the foresaid Thos Pullen the elder and his heirs which Thos Pullen the son by the foresaid Dyonise his mother and attorney in this behalf came and prayed to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to the hands of his attorney aforesaid to hold to the said Thos his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod etc provided as before etc and because the foresaid Thos is under age viz as before therefore the custody as well of the body of the foresaid Thos as of the foresaid tenement and croft of land is committed to the foresaid Dionise his mother to hold to her during the nonage of the foresaid Thos and the foresaid Dionise giveth to the lord for fine in the name of a double fine as well for the fine of the foresaid Thos Pullen the father as the said Thos the son when he shall come to his age as appears etc and the fealty is respited until etc
