fine 6d a garden parcel of Jakes Tenement it is found by the homage that Hen Pullen out of court and since the last court lying upon his death bed surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Peerson instead of the bailiff in the presence of Rich Ennowes and Jn Warde the lord's tenants and other the same witnessing one garden or little garden plot parcel of one tenement called Jakes lying between the tenement of the said Hen called Campions and the foresaid tenement to the use and behoof of Hen Pullen his son his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto and because it is so found by the homage therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod yielding therefore yearly to the lord of this manor 4d by year at two usual terms of the manor and suit at the court and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
