fine 2s Pannells to this court came Rich Rolte and prayed to be admitted to the remainder of the moiety of one barn with a garden adjoining and appurtenances called Pannells sometime Thos Humson deceased as by the meets and bounds etc when it shall fall by and after the death of Kath now the wife of Thos Parminter according to the tenor force form and effect of a certain surrender made by Thos Rolte father of the foresaid Rich as in the leet with the court here holden tuesday in the week of pentecost 16.5.1Eliz1 more at large appears and because it manifestly appears by a search made in the said rolls that the request of the foresaid Rich is true therefore he is admitted the lord's tenant to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns when it shall happen by and after the death of the foresaid Kath of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine and made fealty and hereupon to this court came the same Rich Rolte and surrendered into the lord's hands as well the remainder of the foresaid barn with the garden adjoining with the appurtenances called Pannells when it shall happen by and after the death of the foresaid Kath as the other half of the said barn with the garden adjoining with appurtenances called Pannells being in his possession and seisin to the use and behoof of the foresaid Thos Parminter his heirs and assigns which Thos being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted the lord's tenant thereof to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof deliver ed to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore before due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty
