fine 2sand after to the same court came Thos Turnor and here in the full court in his proper person surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of his steward the foresaid cottage with the garden adjoining with appurtenances called Clovyers to the use and behoof of Thos Cawche his heirs and assigns on condition that the foresaid Thos Cawche his heirs or executors pay or cause to be paid to the foresaid Wm Finche the elder and Wm Finch the younger the foresaid sum of 18li yearly in manner and form as is aforesaid as ought to be paid that then this present surrender shall be void and of none effect or otherwise to remain in full power which Thos Cawche being pres ent in the court came and prayed to be admitted to the premises according to the form of the surrender aforesaid to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns in the form aforesaid of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
