the younger the foresaid sum of 18li yearly in manner and form as is aforesaid as ought to be paid that then this present surrender shall be void and of none effect or otherwise to remain in full power which

being pres ent in the court came and prayed to be admitted to the premises according to the form of the surrender aforesaid to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns in the form aforesaid of the lord by the rod etc and he giveth fine and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
