fine 3s4d it is found by the homage that Jn Pennock out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Robt Peerson in the presence of Jn Leffingwell and Jn Foots the lord's tenants the same witnessing 2r of meadow lying in the common meadow called The Bailiffs Half Acre as by the meets and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Edw Richold his heirs and assigns who being present in court came and prayed to be admitted according to the surrender aforesaid to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
