fine 6s8d it is found by the homage that Wm Smythe out of court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Peerson and Adam Polleighe the lord's tenants the same witnessing one little barn with a stable adjoining all under one roof late parcel of the tenement sometime Jn Slooes after Rich Browne's and late Wm Davison's and now Jn Culverton's as by the meets and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Thos Polley his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereto according to the surrender aforesaid to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
