fine 8dit is found by the homage that Thos Cawche out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Jn Leffingwell and Thos Leffingwell the lord's tenants the same witnessing one parcel of customary land containing by estimation 18r of land parcel of one croft of land one head thereof abutting upon the garden called Sybbreds on the east side and the other head thereof abutting upon a parcel of land called Sebrights toward the south as by the meets and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Geo Chatterton his heirs and assigns who being present in court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto to whom by the lord's steward th ere is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
