fine 30sit is found by the homage that Rich Rolte out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Peerson and Thos Turnor the lord's tenants the same witnessing three crofts of land called Warkmans lying together containing by estimation 10a of land or more or less late in the tenure of Thos Rolte as by the meets and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Jn Barret his heirs and assigns who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereto to whom by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to him his heirs and assigns of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed and he giveth fine etc and made fealty and is admitted the lord's tenant
