to this court came Jn Orvis clerk a customary tenant of this manor and humbly craved to be admitted to the common fine for his suit at the court to be done to whom by the lord's steward with the consent of the officers in consideration of the function of the said Jn it is granted that the said Jn during the lord's good will shall pay for his suit here in this court to be done when it shall happen 3d and that the same Jn shall be discharged from the foresaid suit during the good will of the lord
