fine     Clerks waste at this court the lord by the advice of Israel Amyce esq his surveyor for the increase and recontinuance of the ancient rents and services of his manor before decayed at the special instance and request of the whole homage granted out of his hands to Margt Clerke widow one parcel of waste containing 33p lying between the lord's park called Colne Park of the west part and the highway there toward the east both heads abutting upon Kingsgate Green to the intent that the said Margt should build upon the same a little cottage for her dwelling and by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to have and to hold to her for term of her life and after her decease to remain to Hen Clerke her son for term of his life and after his decease to remain to Mary the daughter of the said Hen for term of her life of the lord by the rod etc by the rent of 8d by the year and common suit at the court of the said manor and the foresaid Margt giveth fine for her estate and made fealty etc
