fine     Pudneys waste at this court the lord by the advice of Israel Amyce esq his surveyor for the increase and recontinuance of the ancient rents and services of this manor heretofore lost and at the special instance and request of the whole homage granted out of his hands to Jas Pudney one parcel of waste containing by estimation 20p lying near Colne Park between the highway there on the east and the said park on the west both heads abutting upon the said highway to the intent that the said Jas might build thereupon one cottage for his dwelling and by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered to hold to the same Jas for term of his life after his decease to remain to Jn Pudney his son for term of his life and after his decease to remain to Robt his son for term of his life of the lord by the rod etc and by the rent of 4d by the year and common suit at the court of that manor and the foresaid Jas for his estate giveth fine etc and made fealty etc and etc
