fine a capon at this court the lord sitting personally in the court at the request of the whole homage granted out of his hands to Ann Boys widow one parcel of the waste of this manor upon which a little cottage is now builded containing by estimation 10p as it is enclosed with a hedge and ditch and lieth near to a certain stile called Curds Stile in Curds Lane and by the lord's steward there is seisin thereof delivered by the rod to hold to the same Ann Boys widow for term of her life of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor yielding to the lord and his heirs by year 2d at the usual terms of the manor and doing the common suit of court of that manor and she giveth fine etc and made fealty etc
