| fine 12d | it is found by the homage that Rich Prentice out of the court and since the last court surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of Robt Reade instead of the bailiff in the presence of Rich Ennewes and Robt Rooks the lord's customary tenants and other the same witnessing one well with a certain way leading to the same well late reserved to the said Rich Prentice and now adjoined to the tenement late Geo Hassett's and Alice his wife and now Thos Smythe's called Morses bought by the same Thos of Robt Jenkinson to the use and behoof of the same Thos Smythe his heirs and assigns and furthermore the same Rich Prentice remised released and quitclaimed to the foresaid Thos Smythe and his heirs in their full and peaceable possession being all his right title estate commodity interest and demand of and in the foresaid well and way so that neither the foresaid Rich Prentice nor his heirs shall or may by any means hereafter claim any right estate title interest commodity and demand of and in the foresaid well and way or any of them and the foresaid Thos Smythe giveth fine etc and is admitted the lord's tenant |
