fine 12d it is found by the homage that Jas Pudney and Jn Pudney that held to them for the term of their lives successively of the lord by the rod of a new grant one parcel of the lord's waste upon which a cottage is now builded containing by estimation 20p lying near Colne Park between the highway of the east and the foresaid park on the west both heads abutting upon the said highway to remain after their decease to Robt Pudney for term of his life as by copy of court roll here holden 13.9.24Eliz1 more at large appears died since the last court of such estate seised and they say further that the foresaid Robt Pudney is still alive who being present in the court came and prayed to be admitted thereunto to whom by the lord's steward etc by fealty rents and services etc
