item it is ordained that all the inhabitants or any that have any houses within this leet shall remove all their inmates except such as have remained in their said houses by the space of three years before the date of this court before midsummer next on pain for every default of 20s or else shall put in sufficient pledge to discharge the town of them before the said feast
