item they present that Rich Ennewes that held of the lord freely by deed to him and his heirs as of this manor one tenement called with a yard adjoining died since the last court of the said tenement with yard adjoining sole seised in his demesne as of fee and that Antho Ennewes son of Jn Ennewes deceased is next heir of the said Rich Ennewes deceased
