to this court came Jn Goold and Agnes his wife and the same Agnes being alone and secretly examined by the lord's steward surrendered into the lord's hands by the hands of his steward aforesaid one parcel of the lord's waste containing 14p lying upon a green there called the Hallegreene between the customary land of     Pollie there towards the east and the said green called Hallegreene one the west one head abutting upon the highway there toward the south and the other head thereof abutting upon the churchyard towards the north whereupon now at this present court the lord by his steward aforesaid granted seisin thereof to Robt Lisse and Eliz his wife for term of their lives and the longer liver of them to have and to hold to the same Robt and Eliz and the longer liver of them of the lord by the rod to the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor by the rents and services etc and they giveth fine etc and made fealty and are admitted the lord's tenants thereof
