Robt Lyssy and Eliz his wife took by copy at the last court with the leet of this manor for term of their lives and the longer liver of them one parcel of the lord's waste containing 14p lying upon the green there called the Hallegreene between the customary lands of Jn Polley on the east part and the green aforesaid on the west part one head thereof abutting upon the highway there towards the south and the other head thereof upon the churchyard of the church there towards the north which parcel late was of Jn Goolde and Agnes his wife to hold by fealty suit of court and rent of 4d by the year and the same Robt and Eliz being now required the same Robt came and is sworn of the homage of this court and acknowledged his tenure aforesaid
