in the last court with the leet of this year it appeareth that Barth Church took to himself and his heirs by copy of the surrender of Agnes Booner daughter (sic error sister) and heir of Wm Booner one pightle of land called Wardes lately builded and sometime in the tenure of Jn Litle and since of Jn Warde with appurtenances in Colne aforesaid viz between the garden late of Roger Booner towards the west and the garden of Jn Tillwicke towards the east and the south and the common street there towards the north as appears in the court with the leet of the 10Eliz1 and it is holden by fealty suit of court and rent of by the year and it was before of Isabel Booner widow as appears in the court with the leet of 20Hen8 and the same Barth being now required
