in the court with the leet of the 29Eliz1 it appeareth that Agnes late the wife of Robt Jolly took by copy of the surrender of the said Robt the remainder after her death to Jn Jolly son of the said Robt for term of his life the remainder after his death to one Robt Jolly and Wm Jolly sons of the said Robt Jollie deceased and their heirs of their bodies equally between them the feeding of one wood called Hansershedge holden by fealty suit of court and the rent of by the year and the said Jn Robt and Wm are not yet admitted to their several remainders aforesaid nor have made fine with the lord and the same Agnes being solemnly required came in her own proper person and showed a copy thereof made unto her in form aforesaid and acknowledged herself to be tenant thereof
