| a plaint | to this court came Thos Waller son and heir of Thos Waller son and heir of Thos Waller and complaineth against Jn Leffingwell in a plea of land viz of one customary tenement with appurtenances late of Jn Haie in Colne aforesaid within the jurisdiction of this court and maketh protestation to follow this plaint in form and nature of a writ of our sovereign lady the queen at the common law etc and prayeth process thereupon to be directed against the said Jn Leffingwell etc and it is granted him etc returnable etc |
