and also they present that the foresaid Hen Abbotte upon his malice pretenced and forethought hath sought the vexation trouble and great detriment of his said lord and hath openly reported in his common speeches viz that for 5li he the said Abbotte would discharge all mr Harlakenden his tenants from doing any more service than coming to his court and put off their hats and go their ways
