also they present that whereas there is a certain stile between the land of Rich Hayward called Lowefield and the land of Edm Potter called Spoutefield and another stile leading out of the highway into the said lands called Spoutefield by reason of which stiles there many bypaths are made over the foresaid lands into the closes and houses of the dwellers there to their great hurt and loss therefore the foresaid Edm Potter is charged to take away the foresaid two stiles and to make a very good hedge and ditch in their rooms so that hereafter there be no footpath made through the lands aforesaid before the 1.7.1593 on pain of 6s8d
