and also it is ordained that none shall break spoil or pull up any hedge within the precinct of this leet on pain of forfeiting by the father mother master or dame of him or them so offending for every offence 3s4d and also it is ordained that is the parties aforesaid have not the value of the said 3s4d that then the parents or masters of him or them so offending shall sit in the stocks by the space of three hours on the sunday next following after such offence done and committed
