the homage do also present that since the last court and before this court Jn Tracer that held to him and his heirs freely by deed certain lands and tenements of the manor aforesaid holden by fealty suit of court and a rent of 2s by the year died since the last court of such estate seised in the premises whereupon there fell to the lord a relief of 2s which the bailiff is charged to levy and to distrain the heirs to be here at the next court to make fealty unto the lord for the premises
