and also they present that Edm Potter hath satisfied and paid to Wm Garrard the sum of 40li in full payment of certain tenements called Skinners and Gentries with their appurtenances containing 26a of land or more or less according to the tenor form and effect of a certain surrender made by the foresaid Wm Garrard at the last leet and court here holden to the use and behoof of the foresaid Edm Potter and his heirs etc
